Requirements for GraduationBBCS requires the successful completion of an academic program in excess of the requirements of the State of Georgia. In order to graduate from BBCS, a student must accumulate twenty-four credits during grades nine through twelve. Because this is a Christian school, Bible classes are a part of the required curriculum. In order to maintain high academic standards in the area of English, BBCS insists that its students take English at BBCS. English taken in summer school elsewhere will be honored only after the student has scored at an acceptable level on an English test administered by BBCS. English taken during summer school at BBCS will be accepted without question. Summer school courses are for remediation purposes only. All students in grades seven through twelve must follow the course of study recommended to them by the principal. This is to insure that each student obtain as much as possible academically while at BBCS.

Following the recommended courses of study will also eliminate problems of meeting graduation requirements during the senior year. Seniors are required to attend the Senior Trip. The BBCS Senior Trip includes an educational trip to Washington, D. C. as well as a spiritual retreat at The Wilds Christian Camp and Conference Center. Our goal is to graduate seniors who are continuing to grow in the Lord by becoming Christ-like.
