Meet our Administrator, Dr. Mark Cronemeyer

Dear Parents,
It has been a joy to serve as the administrator of Bible Baptist Christian School since 2014. I met our former administrator, Mr. Tim Lee in the early 90's when he served on the accreditation team for the school in Savannah, Georgia, where I served for fourteen years. After teaching in Savannah for four years, I assumed the position of school administrator, a position I have now served in since the fall of 1991.
The Lord has allowed me the opportunity over the years to teach many classes, mentor students, train teachers, and serve in leadership capacities such as the president of the Connecticut Association of Christian Schools as well as being on the board of the New England Association of Christian Schools. Although I have coached several sports, my passion has been soccer which I have enjoyed coaching in Savannah, RI, CT, and now in Atlanta.
The Lord moved our family from Savannah to Rhode Island (quite a culture shock for my wife, who is originally from Florida) where I served as school administrator at First Baptist Christian School in Warwick, RI for two years and then for eleven years at Hartford Christian Academy in West Hartford CT as school administrator. When Mr. Tim Lee, now our current financial manager felt that it was time to retire from administrating the school after twenty-eight faithful years of ministry, he contacted me and after interviewing, felt the Lord's leading back to Georgia, this time in the south Atlanta area.
I have enjoyed serving as an administrator with thirty-plus years of Christian education experience. In each ministry the Lord has allowed me to serve in, I have sought to be a professional and servant-minded leader, overseeing school performance and operations, making structural and budgetary decisions, and leading a community of teachers, staff, and students in a way that promotes the vision, values, and goals of the educational ministry. Through the years, I have striven to be an innovative teacher, mentor, and coach, with a traditional biblical worldview and philosophy of education.
My wife Teri is a talented teacher and mother. She is a wonderful servant and complement to my ministry. We have three children, Kristin, Karissa, and Mark Jr., who have blessed us with six beautiful grandchildren.
It has been a joy to look back at the rich history of Bible Baptist Christian School, with eager anticipation for what the Lord will continue to do as we serve together to serve our community in Henry and surrounding counties. If we may help you in any way, I look forward to the opportunity of doing so.
Yours for Christian Education,
Dr. Mark S. Cronemeyer
